We started Central Florida Employee Benefits because the way most agencies sell group insurance hadn't caught up with how HR teams actually work. Employers want clarity, choice, and a partner who is still answering the phone in May — not just at renewal.
We focus on Central Florida — Orlando, Brevard, Volusia, and the surrounding metros — because the carriers, networks, and pricing dynamics are different here than they are in South Florida or out of state. Knowing the local network strengths (AdventHealth, Orlando Health, Health First) is half the job.
Today we manage benefits for groups ranging from owner-only LLCs to 500-employee regional employers. Our book is intentionally diverse — healthcare, professional services, hospitality, construction, and nonprofits — because cross-industry experience is what lets us spot a carrier issue before our clients do.
